Ladakh Bike Trip with Hanle

Today you’ll receive your bikes and all your backup vehicles & mechanic will be ready too!

Today, we’ll explore the majestic views and the beautiful land of Leh, but make sure to have a fulfilling breakfast to keep you up and about through the day!

We’ll head out to visit the famous Hall of Fame, followed by Gurudwara Pathar Sahib and will end the day on a soothing note by gazing at the Sangam point and Shanti Stupa.

After a day of exploration, we’ll come back to our stay.

You can explore Leh Market in evening if time permits on your own.

Our first spot will be South Pullu, where we’ll encounter an army check post, and some formalities will take approximately 10-minutes to pass through it.

Now we are all set to witness the magnetic pull of the long, never-ending roads which will take us to Khardung La: one of the highest motorable roads situated at 18,400 feet. We’ll then head towards North Pullu and will have lunch there.

After this, we’ll dwell in the spiritual air of Diskit Monastery: It belongs to the 14th century and is the largest and oldest in the Nubra Valley. The famous Buddha statue is built on the top of this Monastery which was inaugurated by HH Dalai Lama.

Soak it all in and then head to a day full of activities- Dunes of Nubra Valley, where ATV rides are hosted and double-humped camel rides as well.

Now pack your bags of memory from Nubra Valley and end your day with a tempting dinner and overnight stay.

After breakfast, we'll leave our stay and take our first halt at Tangtse, and by 3-4 PM, we’ll reach Pangong Lake.

The Pangong Lake, which, by the way, reflects 7 colours at all times, is the highlight of the day!

Here, you can also get your pictures clicked at the famous 3 idiot chair spot and enjoy the breezy atmosphere of the lake.

Today is going to be a really early morning as we’ll ride to the other side of Changthang valley and visit the second-highest optical telescope in the world.

Post this, we’ll leave for riding the dirt trials till Loma and can take occasional breaks for pictures and rest.

We'll visit Rizang La War Memorial on the way.

We’ll try to reach Hanle before sunset, but make sure you’re calm and composed for this day, since occurrences like ‘road blockage’ are common here.

We can always reroute, though it might add a few hours, but an adventure calls for spontaneity, too! Don’t worry, it’ll all be safe as we have our experts and team right behind us!

After dinner, we can all just lie down and enjoy the stargazing experience and then go off to our beds.

Today is not that harsh, we’ll head out after breakfast to explore Hanle Valley and will also say a big, wide ‘CHEESE’ while getting clicked at the highest point of the ride - Umling La (19,024 Ft).

There will be some off-roading today so be careful while riding.

You can head out for self-exploration and can go out to interact with the locals, exchange some stories and call it a day!

Have a scrumptious breakfast, and it’s time to bid adieu to this beautiful place and the beautiful people you met along the way!

On the way back, the descent stays the same till ‘Mahe Bridge’, and then we turn along the beautiful road along the river Indus to Leh.

We will then visit the Rancho school, Thiksey Monastery and ride back to our stay in Leh

Reach Leh in the evening.
