Spiti Valley Adventure

• Departure from Delhi in your private vehicle.
• Pick-up location as per your convenience.
• It will take 7-8 hrs to reach Shimla depending on traffic and breaks.
• Arrival in Shimla, Check-in to Hotel.

Depart from Shimla in early morning.

On the way, we'll stop for lunch.

After that, head towards Kinnaur Gate. Take pictures of beautiful rock gate.

Reach Sangla in the evening.

Post breakfast, drive about 20--25 km to Chitkul, the last village in this valley

Spend some time by the frozen Baspa River and village lanes

Return towards Karcham and continue on the Hindustan--Tibet road via Pooh

Visit Khab Sangam: Confluence of Satluj and Spiti River.

Pass through high sections around Nako Loops before entering Spiti near Sumdo

Reach Tabo by evening, subject to snow and traffic

Start with exploring Tabo Monastery

Drive to the Dhankar turn-off and climb to the village and monastery area for views over the confluence

Return to the main road, cross the Attargo bridge into Pin Valley

Visit one or two villages as road permits

Reach Kaza by evening for check-in and rest

Visit Key Monastery in the morning for views over the valley and monastery exploration

Continue towards Kibber and the high bridge at Chicham across a deep gorge

Spend the day with extended photo stops

Return to Kaza by late afternoon

After breakfast, drive uphill from Kaza to Langza

Langza is known for its Buddha statue and fossil-rich surroundings

Continue to Hikkim (World's Highest Post office) and Komic on narrow, snow-prone roads

Return to Kaza by late afternoon to avoid after-dark driving

After an early breakfast, start the long return from Spiti towards Kinnaur

On the way, Visit Gue Monastery. You can also see 500 yrs old mummy of a Monk.

By evening, reach Kalpa.

Check in to your homestay/hotel and enjoy views of Kinner Kailash if skies are clear

Head down from Kalpa to join the main highway near Powari

Follow the Sutlej back past Rampur and onward to Shimla
